Shown in a variety of colours or scraps. Yarn held double throughout the project.

Needles

US 6 / 4 mm needles.

Circular with a long cable would be beneficial due to the large number of stitches towards the end of the project. The scarf is knitted flat. The gauge is not hugely important for this garment.

Gauge

Gauge achieved in knitted sample was 19 sts to 10cm/ 4 inches in Ripple 1 stitch pattern after blocking lightly by washing and laying flat to dry.
